We are camped close to the Saint Lucie Lock. One of 5 locks on the Okeechobee Waterway. It opened in 1944. Over 10,000 vessels pass thru it annually. 91% are recreational with 26,000 tons of manufactured goods, equipment, machinery and crude materials annually.
