Van ride to Pete's Pub

Rick is quite a negotiator. He had a deal worked out with Brenda the cab driver to cart all 8 of us around the island for a sight seeing tour. We meet at 1:15pm and all piled into the van. Until.....prices were mentioned again. They seemed to have changed from what was previously agreed upon. So she dropped us back to our starting point. Her price for a couple hours was $200.00. Van rental $86.00 a day. A no brainer. So we had a van for two days. God, it was fun! Day one off to the best burger around, Pete's Pub in Little Harbor. The bay was pretty. A shark swam by when we were eating our burgers. There were t-shirts hanging all over with signatures and saying writen on them. There was also an artist gallery. We drove around some back roads and udd and aaahhh over the houses. We drove thru the town of Cherokee. A quaint little town at the end of the road. Teri and I found some great shells there. The beach at Pete's Pub was outstanding. The waves on the rocks was quite a sight. The tip jar at the pub was quite unique!
