Bits of: WY, IA and almost puppy time.

I'm still chuckling about Phil losing her double u.  I wonder if she found it or had to try to explain to a sales person to sell her a W.  Too funny!

I will update a bit with pictures from a WY hike.
Luc got very dirty, Dave & I finally got some sun and there were really cool old cottonwoods.

Off to see Cliff & Karen in Kearney, NE.

                                  It was a great visit except for the weather. Rain, rain, tornado
                              warning and hail.  The hail didn't happen but it sure did rain in buckets!

Off to Council Bluffs for an appt for Babe. The guy in WY said that the check engine light that was on was the EGR valve.  That's what his computer said.  A new EGR was 1200.00 a used one at Vander Haags was 400.00  We tried to get into the shop at West Des Moines but they couldn't get us in so we ended up in Council Bluffs.  The good news was that it was a EGR sensor not the valve.  The bad news is that it was raining again.  We camped at a new place Lake Manawa.  The TV news that night talked with a gal that had a law suit against the Lake for a tree falling on her when she was camped there last year.  But we got the truck repaired.  Dave did a few other things like had them fix and air leak by putting on a new air bag, curbside rear and a new braided fuel line.

                            Off to West Des Moines to see Bab's & Cliff and Marcy & Marvin.
                                 We camped at another new place. It was nice but itsy bitsy sites.

I didn't get any pictures of the Aunties & Uncle's.  They really liked Babe tho!
