Jaz is home.
Our girl is home again. Jaz on the left with the tree and Maggie on the right. The vet surprised us with a paw print stone with Jaz's name. Dave had to bake it. We also got a very nice card from the vet with a bunch of notes from all the vet techs.
The bitter and the sweet! The paw print is priceless. I'm sure the notes and extra-special touch meant a lot. I still remember the day our neighbor lead my horse, Chief, into the hills; how we cried; and then the gun shot that put him out of his misery - so heartwrenching! He was my all-time favorite horse.
